Clinic Supervisor - RN
Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Clinical Supervisor role. The ideal candidate has two years of home health and management experience, along with knowledge of regulations. You will lead a healthcare team, ensuring compliance with best practices while fostering a supportive environment for staff and patients.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of patient care. Provide oversight of all patient care/services and personnel. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with reimbursement for Medicare and Medicaid. Participates in hiring, orientation, and training new personnel. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline processes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and staff performance. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Coordinating referrals and patient care/services.

Caregiver
We are looking for compassionate, Caregivers to join our team. Ideal candidates should be empathetic, patient, reliable, and able to work independently. The In-Home Caregiver will provide non-medical support, including care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities include:
Provide companionship and personal care to clients in their homes Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and dish washing Monitor and report changes in client’s health, behavior, or home situation to supervisor Ensure client’s safety and security by supervising home environment and following their care plan. Respect clients’ personal preferences and care requirements.

Human Resources Manager
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate should understand employment laws, talent, and employee relations, while promoting a positive workplace culture. This role involves overseeing HR functions such as performance management, training, benefits administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Manage the recruitment process including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and workers' compensation regulations. Facilitate performance management processes including employee evaluations and feedback mechanisms. Lead conflict management initiatives to address workplace issues effectively. Collaborate with senior leadership to design organizational structures that support business objectives. Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection and analysis. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant labor laws. Manage payroll processes using systems like ADP or Paychex to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and efficiency.

Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA regulations.
