Clinical Nurse

Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Clinical Nurse position. The ideal candidate has two years of home health and management experience, along with knowledge of regulations. You will lead a healthcare team, ensuring compliance with best practices while fostering a supportive environment for staff and patients.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of patient care.  Provide oversight of all patient care/services and personnel.  Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.  Ensure compliance with reimbursement for Medicare and Medicaid.  Participates in hiring, orientation, and training new personnel.  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline processes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and staff performance.  Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.  Coordinating referrals and patient care/services.

​​Requirements

  • RN license with two years' experience in clinical supervision and management.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. 

  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. 

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. 

Job type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35 - $40 per hour.

Schedule: 

         - Day shift

         - Monday to Friday 

         - No weekends

Human Resources Manager 

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate should understand employment laws, talent, and employee relations, while promoting a positive workplace culture. This role involves overseeing HR functions such as performance management, training, benefits administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Manage the recruitment process including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and workers' compensation regulations. Facilitate performance management processes including employee evaluations and feedback mechanisms. Lead conflict management initiatives to address workplace issues effectively. Collaborate with senior leadership to design organizational structures that support business objectives. Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection and analysis. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant labor laws. Manage payroll processes using systems like ADP or Paychex to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and efficiency.

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Management Studies, or Human Resources.

  • Certification in Professional in Human Resources. 

  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA regulations.

  • Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques and recruiting methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis related to human capital management.

Job type: Full-time

Pay: $17 - $20 per hour.

Schedule: 

         - Day shift

         - Monday to Friday

Social Worker

This licensed professional provides clinical casework services individuals with mental illness or disabilities in Home Health Care. They compile comprehensive case histories regarding clients' backgrounds for medical staff and participate in admission diagnosis, prognosis, progress reviews, and aftercare planning with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

Knowledge of the ethical considerations involved in the practice of licensed clinical social work. Knowledge of methods, principles, practices, and techniques of casework, group work, client-centered advocacy, community, organization, research, psychotherapy, and other clinical skills as they apply to intervention programs for persons with mental illness and/or developmental or physical disabilities. Ability to apply a variety of techniques and methods in the areas of assessment, planning, and individual and group therapy.

​​Requirements

  • Master's in Social Work (MSW).

  • MO Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

  • Clean criminal background check

  • Previous experience in case management, internships, or volunteering in human services is highly sought after.

Job type: Part-time

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour.

Schedule: 

         - Day shift

         - Monday to Friday (no more than 30 hrs)

         - No weekends
